My case + (wife and 2 kids) was transfered on 1/18/08 from TSC to NBC.
I filed I-140 and I-485 EB2 ROW concurrently in Jun 2006. I-140 approved on 8/2006.
My case is complicated because I had pending polictical asylum case and was transfered back and forth several times:
-10/2006: My case tranfered from TSC to Los Angeles local office because TSC requested my file but never got it.
-about 6 months later Los Angeles office transfered my case to Anaheim asylum office, because they requested my file from Anaheim and anaheim refused to release my file.
-9/2007: My case transfered back to TSC, after I withdraw my political asylum case.
-1/2008: My case transfered to NBC to schedule standard interview.
My NC cleared and every thing looks good accourding to IO at infopass and I did my 2nd FP.
Any idea how long will it take to schedule an interview and are all cases transfered to NBC require interview?
