Transfer to local office....

1) What is the implication of case being transfered to local office?
2) Are all the cases transfered?
3) When is interview done?

Interview is not desirable for some folks who does not even have a job... or in bench.

In that case INS will find that no current job avialable for that candidate. They will deny approval. For for recent I-485 applicants, dont worry. You guys are the survival of the fittest. You siurvived the economic downturn.
