Transfer to local office ?

Hi! All,
At which point in the process INS decide to transfer the case to local office?

We\'re not really sure. But some Maryland residents
with ND from 7/00 to 11/00 have been transferred to
Baltimore already.

Not all are being transferred to local offices. Yours
may not be too. My case was transferred to Baltimore
last 4/27/01 and I have an interview appointment on
July 12. My details are PD 11/98 ND 10/12/00 FP 12/26/00
EB3 and others.

My brother-in-law\'s case, a Virginia resident, has NOT been transferred and his ND is 10/00 too. No news yet from INS.
