transfer to H4 on completion of 6 years in H1

Hello,

My wife's H1B is getting over all the 6 years. Can she convert her H1 to H4 or get herself into a H4 dependant visa under my H1B? My H1B is valid for some more time now.

No, the total time allowed under H status ( H1 and H4) is 6 years.
