Hello Friends,
I came to USA on F1 visa and right now I am on OPT with one consultant from last 1 year. I was looking for project but couldn't get one.
I just got married 3 months ago and now planning to transfer my visa to H4.
I didn't get any employment letter or pay sleeps from my consultant because I didn't get any project.
My question is at the time of H4 stamping, are they going to ask for my pay sleep or not? If yes is there any way to solve this problem?
Is it better to get stamping from Maxico or Canada?
Let me know if any one has faced these difficulties at the time of H4 stamping or if you have any advice to avoid this question.
