Transfer or New H1 B???

Currently on H1B with stamp in passport with Company A. Would like to move to Company B but would like to keep Company A as a part time job.

What to file?? New H1 B or transfer??

I would aprreciate your view on this jaxen and those with similar situation.

you would need to file 2 H1. One is to transfer h1 to company B and the other is to file h1 amendment or fresh h1 to change your fulltime position to partime. Also you might have to indicate that you wish to work on both companies simultaneously. i think you need prior authorization from full time employer (company B) to accept this deal.
