recently we took some household goods to india and cleared the customs on "transfer of residence". The passport has been stamped with customs clearance and does not specify anything about transfer of residence; something most people can claim every 2 to 3 years. When returning back from India to U.S. after more than 6 months but less than one year, does this pose any problem?
