Hi
I am working with my current employer little over a year and my H1B had expired on last Sept 10th. But i applied for extension on Sept. 1st.
Now i want to go with a new employer..but i have only expired visa in my hand.Will i be able to transfer my visa at this point or i will have to wait till INS process my extension and get the papers in my hand or will i have to get the new visa extension papers and stamp it to apply for a transfer..Please help me out
