Transfer of H1B Visa

Hello Sir,

I have been approved for my H1B Visa under consular processing in the 2025 Cap. I am currently in India and I haven't appeared for my consular interview. I understand that my H1B is not active yet. Is it possible for me to transfer my petition to a new employer and then appear for my H1B Interview.

Your new employer should file h-1b marking new employment selecting consular process and include previous h-1b approval notice.
