Hello Gurus,
I came to US on H4. I got a job and the company sponsored my H1-B. After a year, I got EAD because my I-485 is filed as a secondary beneficiary of my husband’s GC process. Currently I switched to new job on EAD. It’s already 3 weeks that I have started working for new company
Now I feel like, I should have transferred my H1-B instead of using EAD. Is it possible to transfer my H1-B even though I have started using EAD?
