Transfer of Funds!!

Hello Gurus:

I am a returning resident of Canada , with the new rule . I am paning to move permanently to canada sometime in May .

My Questions -

1) How can i transfer my US funds to Canadian Bank (I have both US & Canada Bank a/cs).

2) Can i request my Credit Card company to continue my Cards in Canadian dollars?

3) How can i Import my Car ?

Please let me know your thoughts.

You can wire transfer the money from your US Bank to Canadian Bank. Call your Bank (Canadian) customer service number and ask them for the SWIFT code.

2) Can i request my Credit Card company to continue my Cards in Canadian dollars?

If you have Credit cards issued in the US, they will not conver it to Canadian $. You will have to apply for cards in Canada. If you want to keep the US Cards, they will be able to change the mailing address.

3) How can i Import my Car ?
