My concurrent I-140 and I-485 (including spouse's) was erroneously filed by the lawyers last month at Nebraska Service Center. Now they have sent a letter to NSC to transfer the files to Vermont Service Center, where it should have been filed in the first place.
Do SC's attend to such letters from the lawyers? How long would the transfer take.?
Since the lawyers demanded an exhorbitant amount to file EAD/AP, I had decided to file them on my own. But the dilemma I have now is whether to file EAD/AP with NSC, or wait till my I-140/I-485 gets transferred to VSC.
