My 485 petition has been transferred from Philadelphia to CA on June 13, 2002. I got fingerprint done on June 28, 2002 at SFO for the notice received earlier from Philadelphia. I got EAD renewed at SFO on Aug 8, 2002 and applied for AP on Aug 9, 2002 and will get it on Aug 23, 2002. I checked the status of FP with FBI and they said that it was sent back to INS on the same day.
When I checked with INS, CA on Aug 13, they say that still the file is not in the system and not able to find the status.
I would like to know the following if any body has any answer:
1. When the State INS will send the receipt notice when it gets the transfer notice?
2. How do I know my FP is cleared?
3. What should I do next?
4. When I can expect my interview?
