I received notice today that NSC has transfered my EB-3 I-140 petition to TSC for processing. I wonder if this has happened to any others from NSC. Seems similar to what happened at CSC.

Doesn't this contradict the whole bi-specialization since I thought NSC was also going to specialize in 140s? I guess TSC is doing the same... the good thing is that a saw a few approvals from TSC on the tracker.

Also .. any thoughts on when one can apply for EAD & AP? Do you have to wait for 140 Approval?

PD: Feb 01 2002
Labor Appr - March 1 2006
I140 RD - March 23 2006
I140 LUD - Apr 24 2006 (moved to TSC)

This is may be due to the geographic work location
