Transfer H1B now or later

Hello,
I applied for my GC through a different company. My I-140,I-131 have been approved and still waiting for my I-765 to be approved. Should I start using the EAD or should I first transfer my H1B to the other company and then start working through that company on EAD or H1B ?

I have applied for my I-485, what will happen if for some reason it is rejected? Does my transferred H1B stay valid?

Do i need to send 2 different packages for EAD and AP

HI,
I am applied for EAD and AP online. My question is do i need to send the supporting documents individually or both in the same cover.

If in the same cover, seperate packages for EAD and AP or one set of documents would be enough?

Appreciate any responses.
