My I-140 is in EB-1A catagory. I have got EAD and AP approved after filed I-485 recently (I-140 is still pending). I currently hold H1B visa.
My question is if re-enter the US with AP, can I change employer by transfering H1-B?
I understand that I am still H1B if work for the same employer, but how about changing job or got laid off after paroled into US? My 1-140 and I-485 are not supported by my current employer, but I would like to stay safe by keeping my H1B status after leaving my current employer.
Anyone knows this situation?
