Transfer H1

I am currently working on my EAD after my MS. I had applied for H1 from 2 employers. I had no problems with my first H1 got the approval and it started this October. But i am currently working with an other firm who has also pllied for my H1, and there has been delay because of some unknown reason. can I cancel this application from my curent employer and ransfer the already approved H1 to my current employer.

Sure, but you will need 3 salary slips from your H1 sponsor before you can transfer it.

I have 3 pay stubs from before even H1 started, can I use them.

my H1 with my first employer started this month, but I am now on my second employers payroll, how long is my h1 with my first employer active, am I already late or can I join him and get three pay stubs even now.
