I completed my master's and got my H1 done with one of the consulting companies (Company A). Now i need to transfer my H1 to a different company(Company B). These are few questions that i have
1) Company A employer runs my pay roll with a lag of one month. i.e the pay roll for the period of December 15th - December 30th will be run on January 30th. So if i transfer to Company B on say Feb 1st, the company B will run my pay roll from Feb 1st - feb 15th.
And with company A i have pay stub run only till Dec 30th.
So there will be pay stubs missing for the month of January. How do i deal with this situation.
2) Also if i transfer my H1 before stamping will tht effect my stamping in any way?
Its very urgent for me, can any one plz let me know ASAP
