I am on my current 7th year extension. My current 7th year extn. expires on June 2007. My labor with my current company A is more than 365 days old on which a query came 3-4 weeks and has been replied.
I want to shift to company B who is giving me preapproved labor matching my skill set and will file for my H1B first based on my current pending application and then file for I140.
I would like to know if i can x'fer to company B and on what basis will they file for my 8th year extension if my I140 with them does not gets approved till June 2007 when my current 7th year H1B extn. expires.
Any help or suggestions are highly appreciated as i need this ASAP.
