Transfer cases. Question for Mr. Mills.

Hello JIm,

What do you think of recent transfers of I485 cases to local INS offices?
Any idea how long it takes? I talked an IIO at NSC about our case (RD : 4/01 and TD:2/02) and the reason they gave was to speed up the processing. (It has certainly helped the NSC in expediting the processing!! but not for us!). Any info on this matter will be appreciated. Also do you think it\'s a good idea to use AC21 to change jobs (since we have to appear for an interview).

who are you to judge ??

there are a lot of transfer cases now and that\'s why NSC processing times have moved to 5/1/1 in a month!!!

and it\'s not just NSC transferring. I have seen on this portal itself people from VSC also asking the same question.

So who are you to judge that this is a stupoid question? Just mind your own business
