Transfer case (Philadelphia) approved!

Hi,

I got my passport stamped this morning at the Philly office. My case was transfered from Vermont on July2 2002 and was surprised to get an approval notice from Philly office within 3 months. No interview was scheduled even though the Transfer notice stated that one will be conducted.
Was at the office at 7am and was out by 9am. The officer stamped the passport and wished me luck, no questions asked.

could you tell me that when you got approval notice?

your case was transfered on 07/02. you got passport stamped on 09/27. so when did you get the approval notice?

my case was transfered to Philly on 09/23, try to get an idea how long i should be waiting before hear anything.

Nice to know that after getting transferred to the local office, we can get approved directly
