Guys,

I got my approval letter yesterday. My case was approved on 08/09/04.

ND: 25-SEP-00
RD: 01-MAR-02
FP: 20-JUN-03
AD: 09-AUG-04

I thank all the people who advised me during this process.

Congratulations!!!, In all four years finally you are close, still have to wait for the card but that is kind of less tension since you will have your I-551 stamping.

My Case was transferred because they needed info regarding Medicals. Initially one of blood test for Syphillis came as positive. Then after subsequent tests at the Dallas County hospital, they found that was not true.

The INS required a letter from the Dallas County doctor to prove that I did not have syphillis.

Thats all they asked me at the interview. Once I provided the letter they said I have to wait for 2 months to complete the Name check.

After two months, they sent me the approval letter.
