Transfer approved 140 to support 485?

Hi Gurus,

I submitted 140 (EB1) and 485 to VSC and a NIW to NSC. I heard that I could use NIW to support my 485 if my EB1 does not go through. Is it possible to do so even if NIW and 485 are not in the same center?
