Transfer application from New Delhi to Buffalo?

File Number received on : Oct/04

Now I moved to USA and currently working in Chicago.

Can I transfer my case from New Delhi to Buffalo to speed the process?

Kindly advise what are the procedures.

Very unlikely that Delhi will transfer the file or Buffalo accept it. On Buffalo's site they state that they do not transfer files.
