1. Is it possible to transfer a I485 Application from TSC to VSC. Given I live in VSC Juridiction (i.e. VA). My I-140 was approved from TSC.
2. If possible, How much time will it take.
3. Assuming my case gets transferred to VSC, What will be notice date of my application. Will I notice date will be the old one or I will be given new notice date.
4 .Is it advisable to transfer ? Gievn it\'s been 8( RD 08/21,ND 9/27) months since I filed my I485 Application in TSC and TSC is officially processing cases of March 2000 . I have not got my finger printing done.
