I need your advice regarding the following matter:
I-485 RD 03/29/01 ND 04/13/01 NSC, Loc: Portland, OR
No EAD/AP yet.
Unfortunatly I have to move to San Francisco, CA. Same company and Same title. What will happen to my 485 process (it is not 180 days yet). Do I have to redo the whole process of GC (LC-140-485).
What options do I have ?
