Tranfer to Chicago

My case got tranfered to chicago office on 2nd september. Any idea how long it will take?

Check atleast after 6 months. they are corrently processing 9-01.
what is your receipt date?

My Case Transferred on Apr'23 2003.

In August I recd. Second FingerPrint notices.

See my timeline in "Chicago Local Xfer Interviews". I think mine is a worst case scenario. It took them 15 months after Xfer to schedule interview. 9-15 months is the timeframe after xfer. See this thread, has a lot of info on interviews, timelines, EAD etc....

It is the date you filed with INS service center, transfer date does not matter. But again 9-01 cases are being reviewed, they will send out second finger print notice(if required) and then interview any where from 1 months to 2 years.
