Hello
I am in the process of transferring my h1b to another employer. I got married last year and my husband has his greencard. I did apply for my labor certification through my current employer and its not at a stage where I can tranfer it or anything.
My question is will my h1b transfer be effected in anyway
because I am married to a GC holder. Will I be considered as a potential immigrant?
