I need your help.(physician doing J1 waiver, three year ends 11-05)
I have started two GC processes
NIW I140 approved PD 04-03 I 485 Pending
Labor proces ALC approved 08-05 PD 08-04, I140 applied 09-05, Iam from India with EB 2 retogression I can't apply I485 untill it is current.I cannot apply before Sep30 cut off because my three year waiver term ends 11-05
My question if labor based I140 gets approved, can i transfer NIW I485 to labor based I140.
