Please check the following link for the shocking tragedy of our fellow Indian Rajendra and his wife.
This tragedy is enormous and all of us looking for a way to help, can make a difference by passing on this message to others for support.
Let us take some time from our busy lives and help Geetha in her time of need.
Any other Ideas to raise a fund are welcome.

NRI Special: Appeal to save Rajendra’s life!
This is a direct appeal to you to help Rajendra Prasad Vagu and his family. Rajendra is fighting for his life at INOVA Fairfax Hospital, Fairfax, Virginia. He is in a comatose (COMA) state lying on the hospital bed surrounded by his grief stricken wife and two very young children.
On April 26, 2006 Rajendra was hit by a truck on I-66 while driving back to home. He was air lifted to the trauma center at INOVA’s Fairfax Hospital, Fairfax, VA. He suffered severe brain stem injury and is in a state of coma since then. He is in a very critical condition and needs urgent medical, nursing, and rehabilitation care.
His health insurance company has rejected to cover his medical expenses beyond a certain limit causing Fairfax Hospital to mercilessly pressure Mrs. Geetha, his wife to take him out of the hospital. Considering this, he has to be moved to a long term nursing home that can provide critical nursing care. He is not eligible for Medicare as he is an H1B visa holder just like many of us. In order to provide him continuous care we need to have the ability to sustain his care through financial means.
We are requesting each and every one of you to come forward and donate towards this worthy cause, keeping in mind that your contribution (however small it might be) will go a long way in his treatment and saving his life. All the funds will go towards long term nursing care and any medical necessities to save Rajendra’s life.
Please spread the word and send your contributions to Mrs. Geetha Vagu 13849, Braddock Spring Rd, #D, Centreville, VA, 20121.
Should you have any questions, please contact us at 703-815-8847, 703-200-7879, 201-647-6201 or email to geetarajendravagu@yahoo.com.
Please make checks payable to Geetha Vagu.
Remember there is no more noble cause than
PLEASE FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO OTHERS WHOM YOU KNOW.
Thanks,
Asha
