Tragedy in family -Need Help
Hi Folks
I and my wife got our green card in Jan '03 and we were happy with my two year son|(US born citizen) and going thru'days. All of sudden I heard my sister is crtically ill in India. After we arrived in India within a day, she left the world.
She is having four year old daughter. Her husband lives in USA but my sister got separated (not yet divorced legally) from him years ago(due to some other issues). For the past three years my father and mother were looking after my sister and her daughter. Since the tragedy they are totally shocked also they are wondering how they are going to manage their grand daughter
Now my question is there any way I can adopt my sister daughter as my daughter and bring to US ?
