guys, I just completed my citizenship process and did the oath. I answered NO to the traffic cititation. During the interview, the lady asked me while going over the questions as "no traffic tickets or any sorts?" I said yes. She marked YES on the question and breezed to next one. I think it is not an issue to answer NO for it and they can change it during interview if they want. The same happened to another colleage in my office when she went for the interview a few months back. This is Orlando DO.
I would read/review interview questions of your DO in here and then go by experience. If Orlando DO, I would say NO.
So, you use your judgements and go with yours insticts. I personally beleive if you answer YES for that question, the FBI check takes more time as they have to search more clearly.
