Traffic Tickets, DMV, proofs

If I didn't remember wrong, I had 2 traffic tickets. One is about 4 years ago. Another one is 12 years ago before I have green card. Both are regular traffic tickets. Paid and settle down without costing my driving record.

I tried to call one DMV outside of my current state, they don't have records for anything beyond 10 years. Also I visited my local DMV and get report, everything is clear and clean. Nothing shown traffic ticket over there.

Then I couldn't remember when I got citation of traffic ticket. Now how can I report this in my N400? If I do report, how I can get proofs I paid and settled them down?

Anyone can help?

No proof is needed if the fines paid for each traffic ticket were less than $500. You simply report it as "minor traffic citation, paid fine" with an approximate date of citations.

By the way, if I need to report my traffic tickets, should I say " didn't do full stop before stop sign" as why, or say "traffic ticket" as why?
