Hello, how are you all. I have a questions as i cant find the answer anywhere, my wife who now is resident with a Green Card is now eligible to apply to get Citizenship, the N-400 application asks if you ever have been arrested, cited by any law enforcement, well this is the issue, my wife was pulled over by a police officer on/or around 2002 but at that time she did not have any driver license since she was illegally in this country, she went to court and served community service. After on/or around 2004 she received another ticket but at that time she did have a Driver License as she had changed status to lawful resident. Now, should she list both tickets or only the one that she received when she had the driver license? I went to the county's website to get info on the ticket and disposition but only shows the ticket when she had the Driver License, if anyone knows please let me know. Thank you and have a great day.
