Today I got a traffic citation for Moving violations(except speeding and failure to stop at traffic signal ) . It comes with 3 points.
My points will be reduced if I go to traffic schools.
I am thinking of going to traffic school.
Is it going to affect my I485 application because my PD is current according to MAY bulletin.I don't want to risk it.
One traffic school asked me to bring A#.
Another school doesn't request anythinh yet.
Any suggestion? anybody share any exp?

you should goto the school does not ask for A#, in general traffic citation is civil penelties and it should not affect your pending i-485.

Note: i know one guy who got the approval even though he has been caught in DUI.

Other options my friend:
- Go to court and plea NO CONTEST
- Find a lawyer to deal with the ticket
 
i have 2 ticket so far n still got my gc

I had 2 tickets so far n 7 parking tickets. and still got my gc.
1. get into a oneway street in sacramento. THE STUPID district didn't put any oneway sign on that intersection. I went to court and the judge still argue that there is "sign" on the ground. WHAT?! .. the sign was almost disappear , they have to re paint it to make it clear. I took ton pictures that there is no sign on the eye level. still i lost the case. and have to pay.

2. speeding ticket. when going back from san diego to tracy. the street is just straight ... no cars at all. I have no one to compare and busy chit chat with my friends. apparently go TOO FAST :p .. oh well. My bad. I just wanna get home quick. too tired. after the long drive. I took online traffic school.

everything is fine. I still got my greencard. I dont think they even check "parking tickets" .. as long as we keep paying those stupid tickets.

Do you have any TICKET BUSTERS Offices there were you live !!! You should contact a lawyer to solve this matter , there are a lot of lawyers working with the traffic tickets , and they should help you in the matter of the ticket !!! I do not think that this incident will affect your case , so just keep your cool and get rid of the ticket the way it's best for you !!!
