Does anybody knows that BEC has started any recuritment for EB3 category traditional recuritment cases?
I am from India filed my EB3 application in Oct 2001 and just got the 45 letter in Dec 2005. My lawyer replied to 45 day letter and also told me that BEC has not started recuritment for cases like mine.
I just wanted to make sure if anybody is the same boat as me and has got any updates from BEC's. TIA!!!
