Tracking progress when 485 transferred to local office

Hi,

My wife's 485 was transferred to the local office (San Francisco) last month (Oct '03) (Online msg changed and got a receipt in the mail). Mine has already been approved (I applied for her 485 a few months after applying for mine)

How do I track the progress at this stage apart from calling the office periodically?

No 2nd fingerprint, RFE, etc yet

Any sites, threads, etc would be helpful
