I have received no notice for FP2 I am worried

I hope u guys can throw some light on FP2 / biometrics code 2 if any..

when can we expect 485 approval ???

won't be 03, they will not add to backlogs, when lots of apps pending with them...

Here is the chronology for my case (EB3/RIR/India):

Labor applied in March 2003 (EB3; RIR): PD: 03/19/2003

Concurrent I-140&I1-485 RD:10/09/2003, ND: 10/15/2003.

First EAD/AP: November2003/December2003

Fingerprinting: May 2004 (self); June 2004 (wife)

Second EAD (for wife and myself) applied in October 2004 (Did not apply AP)

I-140 approved in 12/2004

I-485 transferred to Chicago Local Office in 12/2004 (for wife and self)

EAD applications transferred to Chicago Local Office in 01/2005 (for wife and self)

EADs approved by local office : 02/2005

Second Finger printing: ???????

Interview date at Chicgo Local office: 07/20/05, interview rescheduled on June 27, 2005, Interview was smooth but application did not get approved due to unavailability of visas in EB3 category for India.

I-485 approval: ?????????????

My current status: H1-B (Renewed for 3 years, expires 08/2008)
Wife's current status: H1-B (renewable upto 11/2008)
