Hi starting a new post to check the status of the EB1 cases that has been transferred to TSC from CSC. Any approvals/RFE yet..please can you post here.

Thanks

I would also be interested to know if any of transferred EB1 cases are being processed at TSC... My EB1-OR was filed in Dec'05 in CSC and was transferred to TSC in March...

It looks like TSC is not even considering the transferred cases in its published processing times as it is now supposedly processing January 17th cases...

My case was transferred from CSC to TSC on March 21 and for that one LUD on March 24th...and after that nothing...so it would be interesting to see if TCS is currently seeing those cases or not...please post your details for the transferred cases

My case was filed in Dec 05 (EB1OR) and I received a letter from CSC stating that my case is trasferred from CSC to TSC. After that I didn't receive any information (no LUD until now from CSC or TSC). I am wordering what is happening. Please respond. Thanks.

Is it possible that they are not seeing these cases at all...they are first considering the cases that were submitted to TCS directly....in other owrds our transferred cases are second preference to TCS?????

Hi JTGCA,

Congrats!! Can you please post your RD? When was your case transferred from CSC to TSC? Did you see any LUD change? My case was transferred on 21st March, and there is one LUD on 24th March and after that nothing.

Thanks

Thanks.
My RD was Dec 27, 2005 (CSC). Transferred to TSC on March 21. LUD on March 23. After that no news until April 21. No lawyer.
I think that you guys will also hear from TSC soon.
Best wishes.

Hi JTGCA
Congratulations. My EB1-OR was filled on (ND 11/17/05) and transfered from CSC to TSC on March 22. I have not heard anything since then. I hope and pray that it is a good news. TSC is doing a good job.

Dear newdoc,
I believe that you could have an easy sail if you had applied under EB1-OR. Why didn't you try under this category? But TSC adjudicators are probably the most lenient ones, in general, among various service centers, and I believe you could expect a favourable outcome.

Someone with similar qualifications as you had received I-140 EB1-EA approval a few days ago. Good luck to your application!

Dear 2006gc and 00000,

Thank you very much. I applied for the EB1-EA mainly because the current US department LAB where I am working have their individual scale of evaluation for the category for EB1-EA and EB1-OR, and they thought that I am on the edge of EB1-OR hence I have to apply a self petition using EB1-EA. So that was the main reason for apllying through EB1-EA. I think I have to wait for long time for the decision as my RD is 03/08/06 and my case was transferred on 03/21/06. I hope TSC considers my application favourably.

2006gc can you pass on the link as you mentioned someone with similar qualifications got favourable decision in EB1-EA category?
