TRACKING ALL I-140/I-485 filers at VSC

Folks:
There is a lot of information on this forum about tracking of I-140 and I-485 but it is segregated into months. However, we all know that INS (now called BCIS) does not necessarily adjudicate cases in the order in which they receive them!
I would like to compile ALL the data for people who have a pending application for I-140/I-485 into easy to read Excel spreadsheet format. Attached is the partial list of people who have submited their info in various "month" trackers. Please add your information and be sure to sort the list by Mailing Date to keep things in perspective.

I believe this will immensely help everyone who has a pending case.

Got my AP approved too...

On May 1st 2003


Tip for people who check online BCIS status....
I came to know my EAD and AP approvals on the same day when I checked at around 9-9:30 pm. So I guess INS updates online every evening though I don't know exact time. So if you want to see the approvals on the same day better check in the eve or night.

Also yesterday phone system was not updated even after it was updated online. Kind of weird because previously for my AP, online status use to tell me that this case cannot be found in the system at this time (though it was updated correctly in the phone system), but as for my approval, online status suddenly said approved.

Are there any explanations or reasonably theories for this? I used to work as a contractor for another government agency (at state level) so I am familiar with the “working style” at these bureaucratic behemoths. But the BCIS is beyond my comprehension and imagination…
