Tracking 485 status prior August 2006 date

Do we have more people (applied before 8/2006) who are waiting for 485 Approval. TSC status shows they are working on 8/2006 cases.
Also why approved I-140 gets LUDs almost after 18 months)? no LUD on 485 lately.
