I think lots of old guys in the Tracker are no longer here. All those guys/gals with FP done before 3/1/02 in the Tracker should have all been approved, or got RFE, or have abandoned the applications. For those cases with FP done in March:
MOHANAKRISHNA (ND 4/11/01, FP 3/5/02)
XMAN (ND 4/10/01, FP 3/5/02)
PUTHUKUNNATHU (ND 4/20/01, FP 3/13/02)
VAS ((ND 4/20/01, FP 3/13/02)
INFINITY1
YWAIT
SB
HOPEFUL
RUPNET USER (he might be SANJAYR)
I think they are no longer here.
Thus, based on FP, the oldest FP cases are:
Vkalya (ND 4/01, FP 2/02, not in Tracker)
QIXINZUO (ND 3/19/01, FP 3/2/02, case returned to supervisor).
The oldest cases based on ND are:
Freeworld (ND 6/00, FP 4/8/02, not in Tracker)
DEBJANI (ND 6/5/00, FP 8/16/02).
No other 1999 and 2000 cases pending (some derivative applicants with primary approved not counted).
For cases FPed in March, only cases with ND later than Aug 01 pending (exception QIXINZUO). For cases FPed in April, if you exclude those cases imported from Rupnet.com, only cases with ND later than Aug 01 pending (exception Freeworld, not in Tracker).
Apparently TSC is trying to clear out the old cases, It has processed almost all the old cases (ND before Aug 2001) with FP done before 4/30/02. The pending new cases (with ND after Aug 01) with FP done in March and April may have to wait a long time. Now TSc is mainly processing those old cases with FP done in May and June, together some lucky guys with ND in 2002 got approved as well. Likely TSC will go to the those old cases with FP done in July and Aug soon. Some lucky guys with ND of June/July, 2002 and FP in July/August will get approved as well.
Since I do not think my case will be approved soon (still hope get the approvals before Xmas, so that I may join TSC11months in Disney World in the holiday season. I still love to visit there the third time.), it is time for me to go exile. This is my last post in this forum before my approval. I will still visit this forum, but less frequently. I have devote too much time and energy on the GC issue. It is time for me to concentrate on other aspects of life.
Have a great long weekend. Good luck to all.
