wrong,VSC is processing cases,dont post wrong information and spread rumors.
 
This community never seen any approval in recent days.
if you know any case processed which are filed after march05. Please let us know.
At least this community get idea on processing time frames.

I got an email about my 140 yesterday and 485 today. Please see my signature for details

Hi,

I have received a REF on I-140. Requesting proof of Undergraduate degree and two years experience as of filing date. I think the lawyer send my undergraduate certificates and experience certificates from previous employer. I know that one is for degree evaluation(although I have a Master's Degree from US) and what is for experience??

PERM CASE - EB3
I140 - Receipt date at VSC 9/7/05. Approved 10/31/05..
NO RFE NO NOTICES..
