pkt 3 to st.louis -> march 29
st.loius to NVC -> april 10
currently being reviewed by NVC

I fully agree with vsshah. It would be nice to track consulate wise since

each consulate has different lead times.

Tracking all cases (at all consulates) for July may not be interesting.
