you say you had 2nd FP on Apr-03-2004. Did you call FBI or CIS or check your portfolio on USCIS website. Do you know anything about when did USCIS recieve your FP information from FBI??

We had our 2nd FP yesterday...

I called FBI on 04/05/04 they told me that FBI has send it USCIS on sameday .......one more thing is that I have called FBI Namecheck on 04/15/04 and left message in their voicemail , waiting for replay.......

EAD

Hi Can you tell if you apllied for your latest EAD by online application process or by Paper application as before.

I need to apply for my 3rd EAD.Just trying to figure out if it is better to apply for EAD by the online process or the paper process. Because it looks like a lot of people's 2nd FP was triggered by the 3rd EAD Application, just trying to figure out what method, others who got 2nd FPs used for 3rd EAD application.
 
I got my 3 EAD and AP approval two weeks ago and last week got a 2nd FP notice schedule for 06-03-2004.

I don't think that 2nd FP is required for 3rd EAD and AP approval.

I applied the 3rd EAD renewal using the old stype paper application and got approval within 45 days.

My friend applied through online he got approved within 30days, I have applied through old paper method still it is not approved ....
Use New technology ( I couldn't use online because my attorney take cares everything - She is the best attorney I never see )

If the Primary does not get FP notice...what action should be taken?? Apprecite your advice...

You can accompany your wife , take following things
You’re A# , passport, EAD, card and copy of I485 receipt ……
They will accept your fingerprints with your wife…….

Thnaks Kashi for advice.....Yesterday I too recd my FP notice...

Please keep this tread alive..other it will get lost in this bedlam of I-485..painful journey!!
