Let's track Dec rfe unfortunates, waiting for approval.

Mine is 08/2001.
FP 07/2002
RFe reply received by INS 6th Dec 2002.

Please do not forgot to post your FINGER PRINT DATE. I have this feeling irrespective of the RD (July thru Nov), INS seems to be giving priority to FP date and redoing FP involves duplication of process at INS & FBI.

RD: 04/17/2001
FP : June/2002
INS Received RFE back on: 12/11/2002.
Called IIO : and with an officer.
contacted senetor office: simply said nowadays I485 takes more than 2 years. And also they think 450 - 480days processing time means INS will take your file with in that time frame and there is no upper time limit for approval. Since INS issued a RFE , They think , there is no need for help on my case ??

I am still here after about 700 days. Waiting. and with no idea of
dealing with this logically.
