My case has also been transfered to Newark on 11.08.02.
The VSC notice says "prelimnary processing of your case has been completed ........ to schedule interview and take necessary action.

Hi Edison-NJ,
My ND is indeed of 02.01.Reason for delay is that in 07.02 VSC had sent NOID for my earlier approved I 140.
I replied with substantive evidence and was succesful in getting another approval notice fot the I 140 (a re-approval really) on
10.12.02.

There after VSC transferred my I485 to Newark on 11.08.02.

Can you please provide more details regarding your I-140 NOID after approval?? I am in the same boat...My I-140 was approved Oct.2000 and Intent to revoke Notice was mailed last week of Oct.2002. My lawyer is working on the case.

If you please let me your response....
