Folks most of us do exit the forum after getting approvals so I am posting this thread few days in advance for people who are approved to share data here to let us know how the approvals are coming forward after the retrogression

No EAD/AP/140 ino needed for this

Please post here your 485 approvals preferably with format
Category: xxx, PDxxx, NDxxx, NSC.

Will help us analyse the USCIS approach and trend...
 
Great idea. There are some of who have a great deal of interest in approvals following October 1 when retrogression hits. I'm guessing that cases where visas are still available such as EB1 and EB1 for "other chargeability areas" should be approved much faster due to the USCIS being able to allocate more officers and resources to those cases as lots of new applications will October 1 be rejected due to retrogression. So, if you are NOT affected by retrogression in October, please post I-485 information here so we can track. Here is my I-485 information:

Category: EB2 "Other chargeability area"
Service Center: Vermont
PD: November 12, 2003 (irrelevant due to NOT affected by retrogression)
