Track RFE\'s in Dec 2001 cases @VSC for I140

I\'m starting a new thread to track RFE\'s for cases filed in December 2001, I140, VSC only. If your I140 case is filed in Dec 2001 and, if you get an RFE please post here. Luckily I didn\'t get.

Whats your EAC.

My EAC is like EAC-02-061-XXXXX ( RD 12/12/01 MS/RIR)
 
Dec 2001 cases may not be assigned yet?

The fact that NONE of the Dec 2001 cases got RFE, can be assumed that they have not assigned to any officers - which is not a good sign for dec waiters. May be INS suspended doing new I140 cases temporarily:
1) so that other Centers can catch up or
2) Processing Texas cases that were recently transferred.
or may be anyother reasons.

last i heard TSC had transferred cases to NSC in two rounds.. There is no info to suggest that VSC got a load too !! Did they ? But its distreessing to see Dec waiters still doing that - waiting !! I hope you guys get it soon.
