My LC has been filed under PERM recently.

Is there a web site where I can track the progress of the same

Only your employer and your attorney will have access to that website.

you can get your employer to create a subaccount for you and you can check the status on your own, I did it.

Exactly. A lot of employers deny clients that access, however, just so you know. The PERM application contains various information (wage, Tax ID #, # employees, etc.) that some employers wish to keep private.
We have never had an employer grant access to a client to check the status of his/her case. However, I check each pending case's status every day, so once it's approved, I send a screenshot verifying this to the client.
